Once our technicians have inspected your vehicle, we’ll keep you updated via text message from 348.

You’ll have the option to accept or decline any additional work that is required on your vehicle and once you approve the work, our team will confirm the next steps with you. In some situations – such as larger or specialised repairs – we may ask for payment before the work can begin.

When your vehicle is ready, our friendly service advisors will let you know. You can choose to pay securely online or in-store, whichever is most convenient for you. Please note bookings are essential and loan cars are subject to availability.

Note to reassure you – while we’ve brought our service teams together under one roof, every car is still looked after by a technician who is specially trained for that brand. Whether it’s a Hyundai or any of our other brands, your vehicle is in the hands of experts who know it inside out. You can relax knowing your car is getting the care it deserves, just like before.

We recommend booking a manufacturer scheduled service if your vehicle has a balance of factory warranty remaining. Our Fixed Price Service offer is not intended to replace a manufacturer service and additional work may be required to ensure the service meets minimum warranty standards as specified by the Manufacturer.

We offer four used vehicle fixed price Premium services, depending on the size of your vehicle; small, medium, large or prestige. Our used vehicle fixed price service offers are valid for all makes and models but do not cover wear and tear items.
