LED Head Lights & Daytime Running Lights

In addition to LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL), the PALISADE has LED head lights, both for added high powered light performance and eye-catching design. These are paired with High Beam Assist (HBA) for convenience when out on the road at night.

Dual Pane Sunroof

The PALISADE Calligraphy features an impressive dual pane sunroof providing an ambiance like no other. The forward sunroof can be electronically opened whilst the large rear pane offers excellent light into the cabin. Both sunroofs also feature blinds for added convenience.

Power Front Seats

For added convenience, PALISADE features a power drivers seat including lumbar support (10-way on Elite, 12-way on Calligraphy) so that all drivers can enjoy supreme comfort. Front passengers are also looked after with an 8-way adjustable power seat which includes height adjustment.

One-touch walk to 3rd row

Getting in and out of the car just got easier. A simple push of a button is all it takes to slide the 2nd row seat forward and out of the way for easy access to the back row of seats.

Heated & Ventilated Seats

12.3" Colour TFT Driver Information Display

PALISADE Series II comes standard with a full colour TFT driver information display.  This presents all necessary driver metrics in crisp, colourful detail. It has day and night mode as well as a different colour scheme linked to the drive mode selected.

7 x USB ports

For the ultimate in connectivity and functionality, the PALISADE Series II has all passengers covered with 7 USB inputs located throughout the interior, 1 x USB‑A for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity and 6 x USB‑C ports for charging. This includes 3 in the front row, 2 in the second row and further supplemented by an additional 2 ports in the 3rd row.

Wireless Charging

High-tech induction technology lets you recharge your smartphone without connecting cables (compatible phone models only), and an alert is triggered should you ever leave your phone behind.

Smart Power Tailgate

As you like it. The PALISADE’s power tailgate gives you two different speed settings to choose from and can be operated conveniently from your smart proximity key or by simply standing behind the tailgate for 3 seconds after which it will automatically open.

Heads-Up Display (HUD)

Featuring class-leading luminescence for easy visibility, the advanced heads-up display helps you stay safe in the PALISADE by projecting important information like speed, navigation commands, and warnings directly on the windshield.

7-Airbag System

PALISADE offers 7 airbags: the driver and front passenger get a pair of front airbags plus a pair of side airbags to protect the thorax and pelvic areas while left and right curtain airbags offer head protection for all cabin occupants. There is also a centre airbag between the driver and passenger seats to prevent lateral movement and occupant collision.

Blind-spot Collision-Avoidance (BCA)

When driving at a speed of 30km/h or higher, the BCA function will alert the driver to vehicles that enter the blind-spot, including during lane changes. Compared to traditional blind-spot warning systems this advanced safety feature will also actively provide steering and braking assistance if a potential collision is detected.

Surround View Monitor (SVM)*

Tight parking garage? Narrow car wash? No problem. The Surround View Monitor in the PALISADE Limited helps with manoeuvering in confined spaces. Utilising a series of strategically located cameras, this advanced safety feature gives you a 360° view of the area surrounding the vehicle so you can see exactly what you’re doing.

Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with stop & go

The Hyundai Smart Cruise Control system can help you slow down or stop to stay with the flow of traffic. What’s more, when paired with Stop and Go, Smart Cruise Control can even set your Hyundai back in motion, bringing you back up to speed while maintaining a safe distance.

Forward Collision-Avoidance (FCA-JX)

Combining radar and camera data, the FCA‑JX system first warns the driver and then automatically activates the brakes when it detects dangerous and sudden braking by the car ahead or pedestrians and cyclists on the road. Also now included is Junction Assist (JX) for additional safety at intersections.

Rear Cross-Traffic Collision – Avoidance Assist (RCCA)

RCCA helps to prevent collisions while backing out from perpendicular parking spaces by detecting and alerting the driver about cross-traffic vehicles passing the rear of the vehicle, using side radars installed in the back. This system goes one step further compared to traditional systems and will actively intervene with braking should a potential collision be detected.

Drive Mode System

The PALISADE Series II is as versatile as you are – ready to go wherever you go, whenever you want to go there. To cater for your demands, the PALISADE features four distinct driving modes. Comfort takes on everyday driving with ease, Eco keeps your fuel use to a minimum, while Sport gives you the power and crisp responses you need to tackle any adventure. The fourth mode, Smart, selects a drive mode for you based on your current driving style.

HTRAC All-Wheel Drive with Terrain Mode

Experience superior handling & control for a new level of driving confidence. HTRAC™ actively adjusts the driving power distribution to all 4 wheels to achieve optimal balance on every kind of road condition.

Unlike traditional mechanical on demand all-wheel-drive systems already introduced, HTRAC™ variably controls the braking and power to the wheels. In combination with the drive modes, HTRAC™ improves acceleration, stability and fuel efficiency. The system increases traction on snow, gravel and, of course, on regular road surfaces while enhancing cornering performance.

Paddle Shifters

All PALISADEs feature steering wheel mounted paddle shifters which enable fingertip up and down shifting for even greater control and a sportier driving feel.

Delivering smooth gear-changes, the intelligent 8-speed automatic transmission provides enhanced responsiveness and improved fuel efficiency. The characteristics of the transmission can also be adapted dependent on the drive mode selected.
